NCUA Performance Management
C² developed performance elements and standards to support the pay-for-performance system at NCUA. For each of more than 60 positions, a set of critical performance elements was identified based on job duties and responsibilities. The project team then solicited input from subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop performance standards that exemplify expectations along each element at various levels of performance. The resulting performance elements and standards form the core of the organization’s performance management process.
