Project Purpose:
To develop and support Just-In-Time Training for Xbox 360 employees on new features

The Results:

• Provided rapid development and deployment of Just-In-Time Training to support agents on the latest product updates.
• Developed Xbox basic training for new hires.
• Developed refresher training courses on new products and policies for all employees, including 3D models of Xbox accessories.
• Blended the best of interactive, simulated, and classroom training modalities to give agents practical product knowledge and allow them to assist customers across a broad range of nationalities, languages, and cultures.
