USN Naval Air Systems Command Training

Through the OPM Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Program, C² Technologies, along with Caskey Consulting, supported the delivery of NSPS training to over 11,300 NAVAIR employees located throughout the continental US, Hawaii, Japan, Guam and Europe. This Instructor-led Training (ILT) was delivered in two phases. Part 1 was taught by NAVAIR personnel, but C² produced, printed and shipped all training materials to the various training sites for both phases. Part 2 was taught by C² Technologies, with Caskey Consulting. Approximately 360 supervisor and nearly 200 employee class sessions were taught over 12 months.
