USDA Change Mgt

Project Purpose:
To support change management for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Infrastructure, Partnership, and Innovation (IPI) Initiative and the One Rural Development (OneRD) Guarantee Loan Initiative

The Results:

• Supported the USDA Rural Development office in implementing comprehensive change management strategies to embrace a culture shift from a primary focus of “number of loans made” toward the IPI Initiative and the OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative.
• Change encompassed an organizational reorganization, as well as implementation of new technologies, policies and procedures.
• Developed a change management plan for how to apply various techniques and training to establish a OneRD mindset throughout the organization.
• Supported the IPI initiative through individual and group coaching sessions. Executive coaches worked one-on-one with senior leaders to help them navigate and guide change.
