Project Purpose:
To enhance and develop training suite for the Leadership Development Program
The Results:
- Developed a training suite to provide first-level supervisors with an overview of the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) supervisory environment, including policy requirements, support and resource information, and organizational protocols.
- Established the Supervisor Development Challenge—a blended training solution, using web-based and instructor-led training components.
- Developed a facilitator training, offered as either a web-based or instructor-led course to further enhance the effectiveness of the Leadership Development training series.
