C² Technologies, Inc. is excited to welcome Afshan Baharmast, a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in commercial aviation and Department of Defense (DoD) training and simulation, as our new Senior Vice President for Strategy & Growth!

Afshan will lead corporate strategy, drive business expansion, and strengthen partnerships to deliver advanced training and digital transformation solutions worldwide.

Prior to joining C² Technologies, Afshan held leadership roles at FlightSafety International, where she oversaw military business development and key defense training initiatives, and gained valuable industry experience with United Airlines. Throughout her career she has guided business development, capture, and technical teams on multimillion-dollar contracts, including major programs such as the T-6 JPATS, T-38 CLS, KC-10 ATS, TH-73 TS, and KC-46 ATS.

Afshan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Science in Management from Regis University. In addition to her professional achievements, she is also a licensed pilot.
