Overview

The OASIS+ WOSB pool is a government-wide, multiple-award IDIQ managed by GSA for complex non-IT professional services (e.g., engineering, R&D, logistics, finance, and program management). It is a Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside pool under OASIS+, enabling agencies to meet small business and WOSB goals while accessing top-tier professional services. The contract has no ceiling value and offers agencies streamlined procurement for both commercial and non-commercial services.

Operating Costs Associated with the Management and Administration

Contract Access Fee (CAF) is typically 0.75% of the total task order value, although this rate is subject to change based on GSA policies.

Procurement Options

Direct Acquisition: GSA issues a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) to the customer agency’s Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO), who then performs the acquisition.
GSA performs the acquisition on behalf of the customer agency and provides post-award support, as negotiated with the customer. An Inter-Agency Agreement is required.
