March 21, 2017, Vienna, VA. C² Technologies, Inc. announced that it has hired a learning industry leader, Kevin Duffer, as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Kevin is an internationally recognized thought leader in the learning industry. He will be responsible for corporate growth, strategic business development, marketing, innovation, consumer insights, and research and development.

Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the learning industry serving Federal, State/local Government, and Higher Education with more than 400 public sector clients worldwide. He also managed public and academic library business and workforce development efforts.He brings an exceptional history of success helping clients leverage learning and learning technology to improve individual and organizational performance.

Kevin comes to C² from Skillsoft, an online learning and human capital technology industry leader, where he spent 16 years leading business development and client support initiatives across the public and private sectors.

Under Kevin’s direct leadership, Skillsoft grew to market leading positions in Federal, State/local Government, and Higher Education with more than 400 public sector clients nationwide. In addition to his public sector responsibilities, Kevin was responsible for supporting many of the primary system integrators and consulting firms who support the Federal/Public sector marketplace.

Kevin also worked for Mantech as the Senior Vice President and led the Learning technology and consulting business.
