Overview

Since 1989, C² Technologies, Inc. has partnered with its Federal Government, defense, and commercial customers to deliver innovative performance improvement solutions that span diverse practice areas, such as training and development, strategic human resources management, mission-critical outsourcing, and information technology. The following information is intended to be a summary and does not supersede the actual provisions of any benefit plan. Where information concerning benefits differs from the terms of a collective bargaining unit or contract, the CBA and/or contract will prevail. Benefit plan provisions may be modified by C² Technologies at its discretion. Additional information concerning benefits, as well as employee eligibility, is available in Human Resources

Medical

Approximately 75% for employee-only coverage, or approximately 50% for family coverage including employee, effective on the 1st of the month following employment

Dental

75% paid for employee-only coverage, or 50% for family coverage including employee, effective on the 1st of the month following employment

Long-Term Disability

100% paid for long-term disability insurance, effective the 1st of the month following employment      

Short-Term Disability

100% paid for short-term disability insurance, effective the 1st of the month following employment

Life Insurance

100% paid, one (1) time annual salary up to $50,000 (unless otherwise specified in a CBA), effective the 1st of the month following employment

Voluntary Term Life Insurance

Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and eligible dependents; effective the 1st of the month following employment

Vision Coverage

Employees have the option to purchase affordable vision coverage for themselves and eligible dependents; effective the 1st of the month following employment

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a confidential counseling service and is available at no cost to C²  Technologies employees and their families; includes telephone assessments, consultations, and referrals via a 24-hour toll-free number

Business Travel Accident Insurance

BTA is provided to employees at no cost to the employee; includes $50,000 payment to beneficiary if an accidental death or dismemberment event occurs anywhere in the world

Paid Annual Leave (PAL); Holidays

Total of 24 days off, includes holidays, vacation, sick, and personal leave; one (1) day added per year up to a max. of 8 additional days

Paid Bereavement

Up to 3 days

Tuition Reimbursement

Up to $3,000 per year for approved courses, following one (1) year of employment

Corporate Training

On an as-needed basis

401(k)

Eligible employees may enroll immediately following employment and may contribute up to 90% of salary subject to the contribution and elective deferral limits specified by the IRS; the Company will match 100% of the first 4% you contribute. (Matching under a CBA may differ). C² will automatically enroll employees with a deferral of 4% of pay. Information will be provided at time of hire, including information to decline participation. A minimum of 1% is required for both enrollment and subsequent changes.

Flexible Spending Accounts

$2,500 health and $5,000 dependent care per year pre-tax

Individual Premium Account

Eligible employees may contribute up to $5,000 per year pre-tax for reimbursement of TRICARE Medical, Dental, and related supplemental premiums.
