Medical |
Approximately 75% for employee-only coverage, or approximately 50% for family coverage including employee, effective on the 1st of the month following employment |

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) |
The EAP is a confidential counseling service and is available at no cost to C² Technologies employees and their families; includes telephone assessments, consultations, and referrals via a 24-hour toll-free number |
Business Travel Accident Insurance |
BTA is provided to employees at no cost to the employee; includes $50,000 payment to beneficiary if an accidental death or dismemberment event occurs anywhere in the world |

Eligible employees may enroll immediately following employment and may contribute up to 90% of salary subject to the contribution and elective deferral limits specified by the IRS; the Company will match 100% of the first 4% you contribute. (Matching under a CBA may differ). C² will automatically enroll employees with a deferral of 4% of pay. Information will be provided at time of hire, including information to decline participation. A minimum of 1% is required for both enrollment and subsequent changes. |
