Web-based Training

Project Purpose:
To enhance, convert and update eLearning courses for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Delegated Engineering Representative (DER) Training Program

The Results:

• Produced 14 web-based training courses for the FAA DER Training Program, including:
  • eLearning courses converted from a classroom-based format
  • eLearning courses with original content creation
  • eLearning courses converted from HTML templates to Lectora
• Developed and updated the Federal Aircraft Regulations (FAR) Part 135/145 Differences course.
• Conducted various types of analysis (content, target audience, conversion appropriateness, etc.), innovative design, as well as formative and summative evaluations.
• Implemented courses on the FAA’s Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).
