Project Purpose:
To support legacy courseware conversion for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
The Results:
- Converted over 51 hours of web-based training from Authorware to Lectora within a three-month period.
- Used a hybrid version of the Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (P-ADDIE) model and the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to incrementally analyze, design, development and implement each course iteratively to ensure rapid delivery and consistent results.
- Developed and converted animations to HTML5 or other technology to support modern browsers without the need for a third-party player or plug-in.
