Advanced and Graduates Courses Update and Delivery​

Project Purpose:
Managed course delivery and off-site curriculum development for 17 advanced and graduate-level courses

The Results:

• Recruited, vetted, trained, assessed, provided continuing education and refresher training, and managed the administrative structure needed to serve the program.
• Maintained an Instructor Qualification, Training, and Selection Program to include candidate identification, evaluation criteria and assessment measures, and training plans that meet the standards set forth by the CDSE.
• Provided Project and Instructional management support to the CDSE by providing a cadre of world-class Subject Matter Experts and faculty to update, revise, maintain, and deliver 17 advanced and graduate-level courses each Semester (Fall and Spring).
• Provided Subject Matter Experts, instructional designers, and faculty for content research, bi-annual course reviews, and course updating with the latest regulations and current event materials.
