FDIC Program Management Office Support screen FLETC—Student Support Services Project Summary: C² Technologies, Inc. provided multiple support services to FLETC, Artesia, NM and its more than 70 participating agencies and bureaus, 750 students, and 350 permanent staff.  C² was responsible for all management, contract administration, and reporting, and for supervision of employees who performed Transportation, Vehicle Operations, Driver and Firearms Range Support, Equipment Issue, Training Support/Audiovisual, Education Aide, and Role-Player  and Post Office services.

Project Summary: C² provides ongoing document production support to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Our services include template design, desktop publishing, editing, document translation, Section 508 compliance, and design of brochures, posters, and other printed materials. 

Since July 2007 we have produced 13 full-length technical reports and submitted nine more for review. We have also produced updated versions of three Tech Briefs and submitted three more for review. These are public documents, posted on the FMCSA website. Therefore, in addition to quality formatting and compliance with organizational guidelines, they must also comply with the accessibility requirements of Section 508.

Project Summary: C² is tasked with designing, developing, and delivering training courses for the EPA’s Air Pollution Training Institute (APTI), which primarily provides technical air pollution training to State, Tribal, and Local air pollution professionals. The curriculum is developed and delivered in classroom, virtual classes, webinars, webcasts, video, tele-course, self-instruction, and web-based formats.

Project Summary: The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Enterprise Training Division has tasked C2 to provide strategic consulting, PMO support, communications, and outreach services.  C2 staff is performing the following services:
  • Supporting e-learning and LMS implementation services
  • Developing standard operating procedures to support the implementation of e-learning architectures
  • Providing administrative and logistics support to the training academy
  • Developing communications and outreach strategies for implementing e-learning
