Project Summary: C² is using the systematic ISD process to determine, design, and implement comprehensive, multimedia-based RSV tools for training Bioenvironmental Engineering personnel with a structured venue periodically to verify the perishable skills and knowledge necessary to perform duties that are not continuously verified through normal operations. This tool provides a 3D gaming environment that tests the skills of Bioenvironmental personnel. The course verifies key wartime knowledge-level STS items through realistic scenarios with multiple interaction types. |

CDC—Program Evaluation

Project Summary: The purpose of this project was to develop an overarching evaluation framework for CDC Corporate University, the National Laboratory Training Network, the CDC Continuing Education program, and the programmatic activities associated with the Strategic Workforce Development Division. C² worked collaboratively with CDC staff to gather information about each program area, identify and solidify evaluation dimensions for each area, design and develop relevant measurements, and provide an overall presentation of the evaluation framework for CDC stakeholders. C² designed and developed measures to assess the key evaluation questions and dimensions for each program area. |

NASA—PART Evaluation and Accountability Course

Project Summary: C² developed a two-day, interactive, instructor-led course to examine performance measurement in the context of Government-mandated programs for measuring results (Program Assessment Rating Tool—PART). This course also communicates to participants the strategic direction of the NASA Office of Education in the area of program measurement and evaluation. |
