Project Summary: C² developed an innovative, blended training solution for the new bank examiners’ first course. We converted existing classroom training and paper-based pre-course work to an effective combination of self-paced WBT and classroom training with realistic scenarios. The solution reduced the combined pre-training and on-site training from 200 hours to 100 hours. This resulted in a significant return on investment, while maintaining the effectiveness and completeness of the training. C² developed the courseware in compliance with Section 508 and the HTTP AICC Communication Protocol Standards. |

Project Summary: C² developed a series of training and materials directed at three audiences: State level, local level, and FEMA internal. The course featured scenario-based instruction that uses interactive Captivate ShowMe and TryMe sequences. The course is Section 508-compliant and SCORM-conformant; was delivered in multiple formats (WBT, instructor-led, podcast); and included other support materials, such as brochures and reference binders, reference CDs, web portal development. |
