C² Multimedia, Inc. Changes Corporate Name to C² Technologies, Inc.

Falls Church, VA, September 1, 2001—C² Multimedia, Inc. announced today that effective September 1, 2001, the name of the corporation will change to C² Technologies, Inc., and that the company's new website will be www.c2ti.com.

C² CEO Dolly Oberoi explained that the new identity reflects an expanding scope of services. "We have evolved from a small training development company to a major force in the e-learning market, providing enterprise-wide end-to-end learning solutions using a variety of technologies including wearable computers, hand-held wireless devices, and voice recognition systems. We use state-of-the-art technologies to train pilots, physicians, astronauts, and military personnel."

Founded in 1989, C² is "An Enterprise-wide Solutions Provider" that offers a full range of services, and multiple contract options including OPM/TMA, GSA, DOT, and USDA, to both public- and private-sector clients. In addition to the workforce training solutions the company has offered since its inception, C² has expanded its expertise and resources to include strategic human resources management and information technology.

Headquartered at Falls Church, Virginia, C² operates a development center in Oklahoma City, as well as six on-site support offices nationwide.
