Cē TECHNOLOGIES, INC. TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR USAF AIR COMBAT COMMAND CONTRACT
VIENNA, VA (August 31, 2007) –C² Technologies, Inc. will apply its proven track record in the development and performance of military support services to an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract from the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, VA. C² will provide services to the Air Force as a subcontractor to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a San Diego-based provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration, and technical services specializing in national security applications.
C² will collaborate with SAIC to compete for task orders under the contract, ACC Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) III. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options, and a ceiling value of $250 million.
The contract calls for the provision of services as encompassed by three general categories: management and professional services; studies, analyses and evaluations; and engineering and technical services. Associated work may be performed at any ACC locations within the U.S. or at ACC-supported sites worldwide.
