WEB COLLABORATION BETWEEN C² TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND FEDERAL AGENCY SPOTLIGHTED AT CUSTOMER 2.0 SUMMIT

VIENNA, VA  (May 9, 2007) – The combined Web design and development efforts of C² Technologies, Inc. and its federal partner the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) took center stage at the Customer 2.0 Summit on May 1, 2007 at George Mason University. 

The conference, hosted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and ForeSee Results, attracted some 250 registrants from across the federal government, and showcased role-model initiatives and products geared toward serving the American public.  Among the spotlighted efforts were those of C² and TTB in the redesign and deployment of the bureau’s Internet presence, TTB.gov.  The presentation demonstrated how online feedback was used to ascertain user satisfaction and determine priorities for improvement prior to the redesign, and how that feedback was implemented into a finished product that was more attractive, efficient, and responsive than its predecessor.

TTB was quick to cite C² for its role in this exemplary process, as the bureau praised C² “for (its) powerful and creative management of (TTB’s) Web content.”   

C²’s service contract with TTB, which has flourished since its inception in 2003, is one of numerous such relationships the company continues to maintain with entities throughout the federal government.  In addition to ongoing cooperation on both the bureau’s internal and external Web sites, C² has been tasked with other diverse technology-based initiatives including a digital reference library for TTB investigators, informational CDs for use by members of various regulated industries, and several database applications.
