2011 Greater Washington GovCon Awards names C² CEO Dolly Oberoi Executive of the Year (Vienna, VA -- November 4, 2011) Dolly Oberoi, CEO of C² Technologies, Inc. (C²), was named GovCon’s Executive of the Year at last evening’s awards in Tysons Corner, VA. The 9th Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™ is the premier awards program for the renowned Washington Metro Area Government contracting community. Presented annually, the awards honor the leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence of the individuals and businesses in the region’s Government contracting sector.
The leadership provided by Ms. Oberoi has enabled C² to flourish in a stagnant economy. The company has seen a 20% annual growth rate for two years in a row and continues to move forward by providing top-of-the-line, innovative performance improvement solutions.
Dara Nicholls, C² Vice President Federal Training Solutions, accepted the prestigious award on Ms. Oberoi’s behalf, saying, “Dolly truly embodies the attributes associated with the GovCon award: leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence. C²’s consistent growth over the past 22 years is testament to that. What sets Dolly apart as an executive, however, is her ability and desire to foster those qualities in others. She undoubtedly will inspire future GovCon award winners.”
