Mr. Ray brings over 40 years of experience in providing Information Technology and Engineering Support to the Federal Government as well as commercial Clients. Mr. Ray has just joined the C² Technologies Inc. advisory board this past year as well as serving as Director of HDT, Incorporates and as Principal in LHR Systems. Mr Ray is the former CEO and President of Matcom International Corporation and before that was President of ManTech Advanced Systems, Inc.

Mr. Ray has extensive experience in management, operations, federal contracting and cost accounting for government contracts. With over 15 successful and fully-integrated acquisitions, he has significant experience in all aspects of the M & A arena for government contractors.

Mr. Ray attended Yale University and is a Multi-engine Instrument rated pilot.
