Ms. Dolly Oberoi has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth and in positioning it as the fastest-growing company in the Washington, DC area—as well as in establishing what many industry analysts recognize as the leading provider of enterprise-wide solutions in the Government and corporate markets. Ms. Oberoi is responsible for creating and implementing C²’s initial vision, a vision born of her research conducted at Harvard University. She directs the company’s overall business strategy, and spends her time in business development, client relations, strategic partnerships, and spearheading funding initiatives.

Ms. Oberoi serves on several boards, including: George Mason University Foundation (Board of Trustees) and School of Information Technology (Board of Advisors); University of Maryland BC, School for Information Technology (Board of Advisors); Virginia Governor’s Board of Information Providers (Trustee); Oberoi Education Society (Trustee); and ViewPointe, Inc. (Board of Advisors).

Ms. Oberoi is frequently quoted in newspapers and magazines and is also featured on major television networks. She is the recipient of several international awards, including the “Bravo Award,” “INDUS Women Leaders Award,” “Pride of India,” the “Women Who Mean Business” award, and recognition as an Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” Finalist. Under Ms. Oberoi’s leadership, C² was a finalist for GovCon’s prestigious “Contractor of the Year” award.

Ms. Oberoi holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University, Cambridge, and a Master’s degree from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University, Delhi, India.
