Eligible employees may enroll immediately following employment and may contribute up to 90% of salary subject to the contribution and elective deferral limits specified by the IRS; the Company will match 100% of the first 4% you contribute (matching under a CBA may differ). C² will automatically enroll employees with a deferral of 4% of pay. Information will be provided at time of hire, including information to decline participation. A minimum of 1% is required for both enrollment and subsequent changes.
